Shipping

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) priority regional mail flat rate services for shipping to all location within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Regional rates defined by USPS based on distance between the origin and destination zip codes. International orders are shipped via USPS.

• Flat rate $5.00 on order to $75
• Flat rate $10 on orders over $75 up to $150
• Flat rate $15 on orders over $150 up to $200 
• Free Shipping for purchases over $200 
• Insurance is available upon request when placing the order and the charges will be added to your total. 
• Shipping is calculated after all discount and gift certificates have been applied

Note: If we can consolidate your order into a smaller  USPS shipping package, we will refund unused shipping to the nearest $5.00.  

International Shipping: 

USPS shipping is very reliable, but for orders under $60 tracking is not available, therefore, shipments are at the buyer's own risk. If you would like tracking and insurance on orders for $60 or less, please contact us we can add that for an additional cost.

North America: Canada & Mexico

•       Flat rate $12.00 on orders up to $60.00
•       Flat rate $24.00 on orders over $60 to $120
•       Flat rate $45.00 on orders over $120 to $180
•       Flat rate $60.00 on orders over $180 to $240
•       Postage will be calculated after order has been received for orders over $240

 All Other International:  

•       Flat rate $15.00 on orders up to $60.00
•       Flat rate $30.00 on orders over $60 to $120
•       Flat rate $45.00 on orders over $120 to $180
•       Flat rate $60.00 on orders over $180 to $240       
•       Postage will be calculated after order has been received for orders over $240

 Quilt Classes

Classes are required to be prepaid to reserve a spot in the class. If we have to cancel the class you will be notified and class will be rescheduled. If you cannot attend a rescheduled class your class fee ($20.00) will be refunded. No refunds will be given if you cancel less than 10 days ahead of the class. If you are not able to attend you may transfer your registration to someone else and will need to notify us of that change. If you cancel 10 days prior you may return the kit for a refund as long as the kit has not been cut.

Class will be held at The Creative Hand Studio located at 9918 162nd St Ct. E. #5, Puyallup, WA 

We do our best to ensure your order is correct, but if we have made a mistake please contact us and we will do everything we can to promptly correct the problem.

We do not accept returns on cut fabric, and due to copyright laws we are unable to accept returns on books and patterns.
