Paris by The Pattern Basket
Sweet squares with a gathered ruffle in the center of each square, add a simple border and you have it "Paris". Finished quilt measures 54 1/2" x 62".
I've also attached a photo of a Paris Quilt made from a beautiful Fig Tree Collection. Would make a darling baby quilt.

1 3/4 yards for background and sashing
1 3/4 yard for the border
3 3/4 yards for backing
3/4 yard binding
